At ComSites West you'll find experienced sales and tower
development people right here in our market area (not in offices 2,000 miles
away) focused on developing and maintaining solid, long term customer
relationships and they will be happy to take calls from other time zones (or
anywhere else) 24/7/365.
Our sales people have been to our sites many times
(imagine that) and, if you like, they will be happy to take you to see one or
more of our sites. They generally know all of the sites and site owners in our
market area so if you require additional sites or coverage, that we don't
offer, they will assist you with competitive information (what a concept).
Site Leasing
We
want your business so we don't have any "application fees". As for structural
analysis……. we have them done as needed but none of us can recall
ever requiring a customer to pay for one (yours could be the first but it's not
likely).
We don't have a legal department which we believe
insures flexibility and rapid turn-around of your lease or site license
agreements. Keith is a UC Berkeley grad so you can count on lively and
intelligent negotiations.
We don't have a collocation department. In fact we
aren't sure what a "collocation" truly is but we have been pretty successful at
getting people properly installed, optimized and operating on our sites for
over 30 years. You can count on that. If that's collocation-we do it!
We don't own a big construction company so you can
pretty much use any qualified, licensed and insured (we aren't stupid - we do
require the essential basics) installation or construction company you like. We
will be happy to refer you to a good construction company.
Build To Suit
We
work with broadcasters and wireless operators on turn-key single tower
buildouts. If you want a quality tower on time and within budget please call
us.
We are happy to discuss a multiple build-to-suit
towers opportunity in CA or NV. Our people will very likely offer good
suggestions on who best can serve and support you in a large buildout based on
your particular needs.
Site Acquisitions
We specialize in small projects within CA or NoNV. We offer quality service
guaranteed to be delivered on time and within budget. We are highly experienced
in lease negotiations as well as in the preparation of FAA and FCC filings.
Local planning and zoning approvals in CA are best achieved with local experts.
